For organizations: Access is granted for internal team training. Course content may be used by enrolled team members only and must not be shared, resold, or distributed outside the licensed group.
Sharing login credentials, course materials, or assessments outside of the authorized user(s) or licensed group is strictly prohibited and may result in immediate termination of access without refund.

3. Course Enrollment and Payments
Enrollment & Access
Upon enrolling in a course, you are granted access for 12 months from the date of purchase.
Courses are licensed per user or per organization (as stated at purchase) and may not be shared outside of the licensed user(s) or team.
4. Intellectual Property
All content, including text, videos, images, and course materials, is the property of Bright Oak LLC and is protected by copyright and intellectual property laws. Unauthorized reproduction or distribution is strictly prohibited.
5. Disclaimers & Limitation of Liability
Our Services are provided “as is” without warranties of any kind.
We are not responsible for decisions made based on our courses or content.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Bright Oak LLC is not liable for any damages arising from your use of our Services.

These Terms shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the State of California, specifically within Los Angeles County. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be resolved in the courts of Los Angeles County, California.
